Welcome to our CRM Software platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our software.

1. Access & Usage

  • CRM access is provided on a subscription or agreed plan basis.
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

2.Data Ownership

  • All customer data entered into the CRM remains the property of the client.
  • We do not sell or misuse your CRM data.

3.System Availability

  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

4.Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the CRM for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Upload malicious files or misleading data.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the software

5.Payments & Billing

  • Fees must be paid as per agreed invoices or subscription plans.
  • Late payments may lead to service suspension.
  • No refunds unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.

6.Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

7.Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, technical, and client information shared during the engagement.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

  • Our services may integrate with third-party tools (WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreement.
  • Upon termination, access to CRM or services may be revoked after data export (if applicable).

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
